This weekend at the Renaissance Hotel in Aix-en-Provence, the Provence Audio Show invites you to discover more than 70 hi-fi brands across 300 m2, presented on two floors by around twenty exhibitors. In this particularly pleasant location, you can listen to both major brands and traditional manufacturers, including a wide selection of speakers produced in France or Europe.
To welcome you, several attractive Alpine A110 and A290 models will be on display at the entrance, followed by:
– Garden level
*At DEA Distribution, the new turntables from British manufacturer Michell are paired with PMC speakers from the recent Prophecy range and Bryston and Vincent electronics.
*At Ana Mighty Sound, Thrax products will be showcased, including the brand new, ultra-quiet Cotys phono preamplifier with an astonishing Aidas Mammoth Gold cartridge (really carved from a mammoth tusk). Sforzato and Phasemation sources and DS Audio and Koetsu cartridges will also be on display.
* At Helixir, the brand’s electronics will be paired with Martin Logan speakers.
* At AV Distribution, British Kudos speakers, which attracted attention alongside Chord at the Tokyo Show (see our report), will be powered by an Ultrafide amplifier with Linn digital and analog sources, all wired with Nordost cables.
– Ground floor
* At Electro-Acoustique, the brand’s TAP speakers and cables will be paired with Kallyste and Tsakiridis amplifiers, on dCS and Innuos sources.
* At La Rosita, the brand’s cables and speakers will be paired with a Zardoz amplifier.
* At Audio Analyse, the brand’s speakers and Thrax speakers will be paired with the brand’s amplifiers and cables, in comparison with those from Hemingway, on Aurender sources.
* La Manufacture d’Orphée will present its own speakers.
* Microphase Audio Design will also be there, with Holton Audio electronics.
* At First Voice, you can compare Tsakiridis amplifiers with a Riffaud turntable or streamers from the Alsatian brand B.Audio, on Ebenisterie et Musique speakers.
* At de Haven & Reddo Audio, you can hear the former’s speakers on the latter’s electronics.
* At TD Audio & ACL, high-efficiency ACL speakers will be offered with TD Audio amplifiers, wired with Viablue.
– Espace des pas perdus
* At Casques Headphones, a wide selection of Hifiman, Kennerton, and Fir Audio headphones will be available, and if we agree to return it… the brand new Stax SR-007S! (VUmètre test no. 62, FR). Kallyste (VU Remarkable), Viva Audio, Violectric, and Erzetich headphone amplifiers will also be on display, connected to Innuos, Hiby, and Astell & Kern sources.
* At Aethernel Audio, Antiton headphones and electronics.
* At Solen, Solen Audio speakers and electronics with Majestic Cables.
* At Home Acoustique, Martin Logan outdoor speakers will be wired with Sine, Unio, and Ungnoi.
